Work4Future Project

Description

The project is based on the digital competences and soft skills lacking that needs to be developed as essential competences for the individuals/workers when teleworking for SMEs.

In order to work on these important new challenges met by the SMEs all over Europe, 6 partners from 6 different countries worked together on the Work4Future project. The Work4Future (W4F) aims to provide a set of learning material, techniques and guidance on how to overcome the barriers of teleworking, find work-life balance, including upskilling with competences and techniques for effective organization of the work-life defined by the new way of working, and taking into consideration the digital detox concept.

The Work4Future project aims :
• to deliver high quality training content on supporting people’s work-life balance and providing positive psychology techniques.
• to expend the capacity of the company workforce while implementing inspiring online and blended and distance techniques and activities to support the effective team building, creativity and performance during distance working.
• to develop digital competences by helping employees to communicate more effectively and efficiently in the virtual environment, acquiring new skills using new methods and digital tools.
• to strengthen capacity and competences of trainers to provide training for both companies and employees in a virtual environment.

The project target groups: trainers/educators, employees of companies working and interacting in common digital learning environment.

Work4Future training course: modular training which follows an approach combining self-study with peer-to-peer activities and work with a coach.

Guidebooks for the coaches developed:

Guide on team management gathering six different tools aims to enhance the new era of working / smart distant workplace and virtual meetings, while staying connected and motivated within the team.

Guide for coaches to help coaches apply Work4Future methodology in the most efficient way.

E-learning platform where all project materials are uploaded and available after free of charge registration. An interactive repository, that hosts all Work4Future project outcomes is also available on the training platform.
